Board Member Aaron Payne
and Mr. Tyrone Moore built an organization
to provide kids with a direction on life. We can teach them to value
and honor themselves as human beings, which in turn will teach them
to honor and value others. Rather than set up shop and wait for
the youngsters to find us, we make great efforts to go out into
the community and let the kids know that we are there for them.
The parents know us, the teachers know us, the politicians know
us and we will not stop until every kid knows that he or she has
a choice. A choice to be non-violent. A choice to be to be drug-free.
A choice to be law-abiding. A choice to go into this world and demand
the education, the job the life to which he or she is entitled.
Mr. Payne and Mr. Moore have been doing this for over 20 years.
For the past two years they have built a unlimited team to provide
for kids that can't make the weight in other leagues. In this league
the kids are in the 6, 7, 8 grade no older then 14yrs old in the
8 grade in football.

Board Member Charles Wright
also known to many as Dink; he is
the Founder and President of the 301 Panthers. A Husband of 15 years
to Jessica Wright the other Founder and President of the Panthers
and the Father of three cubs Jeremiah 14, Kainan 12 and Malachi
9. I have been coaching for 8 years Football, Basketball and Flag
Football. I started Coaching because of my now 14 year old son wanted
to play basketball for Maryland Park and Planning and there was
no coach for his team. And I have been coaching ever since. I have
also coached in the CBL and now and the AYF. I decided to start
my own organization to fulfill a vision that my Wife and a close
friend had of running there own club and being the best of the best.
I felt like it was a good idea because from being a coach with other
organizations I learned that not everyone is doing it for the kids
and I STRONGLY believe that if the kids don't come first then you
are doing them a disservice. EVERY kid should play. My motto is
learn and have fun doing it winning will come.

founder and President of Prince George's Storm Youth Association.
After successfully serving as a football coach for a number of years

to have their hearts encouraged, their minds challenged, and their
souls fed. Prince George's Storm Youth Association was born in 2002
to "Teach the Generation" (Psalm 78: 1-7). Mr. Gray and his team
of extraordinary servant leaders soon began implementing creative

Board Member Kerm Nored
Born in Washington, DC and raised in Southern Maryland. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to give
back to the community where my football career began. I played football at the youth, high school and
collegiate levels with a few pro tryouts “sprinkled” on top. As President of the Mechanicsville Braves
Youth Football and Cheer (MBYFC), I plan to apply my 25+ years of experience as a player/coach towards
the benefit of all youth that can and will benefit from our program. The opportunity to contribute to
and watch the development of youth is truly a unique experience. It is an ultimate goal of our club to
ensure that positive development takes place as a player and as person. That achievement comes from
unified commitments to excellence and consistency from coaches, players and parents.
Husband to wife Erin and father of three children: Trevor “TD” Nored 8, Bailee Nored 6, and Brooke
Nored 5. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Masters Degree in
Information Systems. My educational, athletic and family background fuels my dedication to coaching
and steering our football organization.
Our club serves our community and represents our community…with pride. There are many volunteers
that spend their evenings and weekends for the betterment of our club and I appreciate them
tremendously. As a unit we are excited to be productive members of the Metro AYF family.
The teams I coach understand that each day is an opportunity to get better and when they take the field
they remember to strive to fulfill the meanings of three words “Pride, Intensity and Unity”. I believe
that by taking pride in what you do, being intense about the path you are taking and working together
with others can be the ingredients to success…a belief I wish teach and instill in as many young players
as possible.
